How long does it take to receive my flag?

Due to the nature of all our flags being custom made and printed on demand, there is no guarantee delivery time on shipping times. The average turnaround time is about 15 business days but please be advised that this is just an estimate. Some orders may be received faster while others may take a bit longer. If you need your flag for a special event/festival, we strongly advise getting it done anywhere from 3-4 weeks ahead of time just to be safe. Thank you for your patience.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, tracking information will be available once the order has been shipped out. If you have not received a tracking number, it is because your order is still being processed. Thank you for your patience.

Do you guys offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not. Due to the nature of all orders being custom made on demand we are not able to offer faster turnaround time and shipping.

What kind of material do you guys print on?

All flags are printed on high-quality, durable, lightweight polyester material using a direct dye sublimation printing process. This means that the ink goes through the material rather than sit on top of it. This printing process creates an eye-popping print.

Are the one-sided flags mirrored on the back?

Yes, the flags are printed on polyester material and are single layered. This allows the ink to penetrate the back, causing the image to be in reverse. Meaning the image on the back of the flag will be read/mirrored backwards.

Will the designs on a double-sided flag be seen on the opposite side?

No, our double-sided flags are printed with double layered 100D polyester and a shade cloth in the middle so the design can’t be seen on the opposite side.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of all flags being printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We carefully inspect all orders before being shipped out but if you happen to receive a defective item for whatever reason, please contact us at info@dkflags.com with details of the product, the defect, and your order number. All defective orders must be brought to our attention no more than 5 business days after being received.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
